　　英国演员Peter Serafinowicz先前作为主演加盟Amazon的试映集《闪电超人 The Tick》。本剧根据Ben Edlund的漫画改编的、以全新演员阵容翻拍；Edlund曾在2001在Fox创作了同名真人版剧，同时也是1994年动画片的创作人，这一次他又将重新执笔，幷还将担任本剧的执行制片人。
