　　停播一年后，《废柴联盟》第四季回归荧幕，“格林七侠”全员归来！
　　本季从夏季结束后的新学期开始说起，由七位主角组成的学习小组再次面临选课问题，要找一门大家都能上的课并非易事，Jeff（乔尔·麦克哈尔 Joel McHale 饰）煞费苦心，为大家争取“冰淇淋史”课，这举动看似热心，实则出于想提前毕业的私心。“毕业”意味着学习小组的解散，众人纷纷对Jeff感到失望。Abed（丹尼·朴迪 Danny Pudi 饰）对此尤其不能接受，他又一次进入自己的幻想世界。
　　本季的一大看点是Troy和Britta的恋情，Troy该如何平衡女友Britta和好基友Abed之间的关系？上一季中囚禁了院长，差点毁了整个学院的昌，以患了失忆症的状态再次回到校园里来，他又会作出什么样的疯狂举动……

　　Following on directly from the first series, The Outlaws still have time to serve on their sentences, but now they must face the fallout from their actions. If they thought the criminal underworld or the local police were done with them, they are sorely mistaken. 　　In the wake of Eamon Cunningham’s death, the Kinsella family is thriving. However a new threat rears its head when members of a Turkish cartel inform the Kinsellas that Eamon owed a them sizable debt – and since they killed him, the debt is now theirs. Elsewhere, Viking is released from prison intent on making trouble, Amanda suffers a personal tragedy, and a looming presence from inside the family returns.
　　The new season will see the Kinsellas at the top of the game in Dublin, but killing Eamon Cunningham has created as many problems as it solved. They have incurred the wrath of an enemy even more dangerous than him. And where once there were unbreakable bonds of blood and family, now there is only suspicion, distrust, and resentment. But the greatest threat to the family emerges from within: in the shape of a ruthless, bullying, agent of chaos. Fortunately, from positions of great adversity the boldest plans are often forged. And so it is with the Kinsellas.
　　Returning cast includes Charlie Cox (Daredevil), Clare Dunne (Herself), Aidan Gillen (Game of Thrones), Sam Keeley (Joe vs Carole), Emmett J. Scanlan (Peaky Blinders), Maria Doyle Kennedy (Outlander), and Yasmin Seky. Francis Magee also returns this season.
