本剧根据亚瑟王与魔法师梅林的故事改编，由BBC威尔士电视台与Shine影视公司共同出品。Merlin（科林·摩根 Colin Morgan 饰）受母亲的教导从家乡来到宫廷寻找宫廷御医头Gaius学艺。在那儿，魔法被国王严禁使用。Merlin会魔法的秘密还是被被Gaius发现，Gaius不但没有责备他，还收他为养子，并告劝他要将自身的天赋用于正道。Merlin还邂逅了深锁于城堡深处的古代巨龙，巨龙便告诉他自己身负着伟大的使命，而这项艰巨的任务就是保护王子Arthur，使Arthur成为未来的国王。为了能在Arthur身边保护他，Merlin成为了Arthur的贴身男仆。但事情并不像Merlin想象得那么顺利，邪恶的女巫Nimueh发现了Merlin身负的伟大使命，便施计企图陷害他……

　　失踪数月之后，意志消沉的马特·默多克再度现身，并开始质疑自己“义警”夜魔侠和律师的双重身份。他的劲敌威尔森·菲斯克却在此时使计出狱。马特是继续逃避世界或是作为英雄接受自己的命运，他必须做出选择。

《迷失》第五季开播前就有编剧透露，将会有一名重要角色死去，而之前剧集中埋下了多重伏笔，也将会逐渐收拢，谜底慢慢揭开。这一季主要讲述“六位离岛者为什么要回去”。虽然《迷失》已经有六季完结的大框架，但是第五季的挑战也不小，在第四季那么多冲突制造完之后，剧情的节奏和爆点恐怕会有所放缓。《迷失》中依然有很多很多的谜底有待揭开，这也是剧迷一直牵挂的。和以往闪回闪前的叙事方式不同，第五季主要是岛外和岛上生活的叙事方式为主。

　　Amazon及BBC宣布联手制作英国喜剧《罪犯们 The Offenders》，该剧由《办公室 The Office》主创Stephen Merchant及《玛雅摩托帮 Mayans M.C.》主创Elgin James负责。

Kelly Overton已确认加盟Syfy的13集新科幻剧《凡妮莎海辛 Van Helsing》，扮演女主角。Jonathan Scarfe，Christopher Heyerdahl，Paul Johansson，David Cubitt以及Tim Guinee也一 同加盟。这部一小时长的剧情片实际上是对德古拉吸血鬼系列的一个改编，主要讲述Van Helsing，一个善战族裔的仅存后代Vanessa Helsing（Overton扮演）带领全人类抵抗吸血鬼的故事。Scarfe将出演Axel，一个专业陆战队员。尽管孤身多年，他仍然至真不渝地坚守着自己的誓言和责任。Heyerdahl扮演Sam，一个在吸血鬼崛起之时幸存下来的人，他的观察能力和强壮的身体使他活了下来。Cubitt将扮演John，同样也是一位幸存者，只是他的行为要冲动很多，充满了偏见、怀疑以及恐惧。Johansson将扮演Dimitri，现在吸血鬼大军的领导者。Guinee将扮演Ted，一个具有悲伤过去的吸血鬼战士。

　　卢克·伊万斯将主演ITV三集新剧《彭布罗克郡谋杀案》(The Pembrokeshire Murders，暂译)。 Nick Stevens(《近在眼前》)操刀剧本，剧集卡司还包括基思·艾伦([飞鹰艾迪])、欧文·蒂尔(《权力的游戏》)、亚历山大·莱利(《去他*的世界》)等。该剧根据高级调查官史蒂夫·威尔金斯与ITV新闻记者乔纳森·希尔共同撰写的纪实文学改编，讲述了1980年代有两起未解决的双重谋杀案。2006年，新上任的督察长史蒂夫·威尔金斯(卢克·伊万斯饰)决定再度调查这两起案件，采用了现代法医调查方法，利用DNA等线索，将两起谋杀案与一系列的盗窃案联系在一起。在这些盗窃者即将刑满释放前，史蒂夫团队能否找到足够的证据来指控嫌犯呢？该剧将于本月开拍。
